The students of the PG Program of the Department of Geography visited various Geographical Institutes which was conducted by Dr. Mini Mathur of the Department of Geography for the students of the courses mentioned below:

The instituted that were visited are:

  • Statistical Department
  • State Pollution Control Board
  • BISTEC
  • Birla Planetarium
  • Department of Agriculture
  • Irrigation Board

This activity was conducted as part of the curriculum of the above mentioned courses in order to sensitize them towards the functionality of various Geographical Institutes. The students collected data from the archives and gathered information from senior officials and later compiled the data in order to formulate a report.
