Objective: 

This course attempts to introduce the students to the basic knowledge related to geographical field research design. The course examines the questions related to data collection, methods and its analysis.

Course Outcomes: 
CO62: Assess the significance and concept of research in geography so that they can formulate research projects.
CO63: Explore the methods for research aims and objectives and can form an appropriate hypothesis for the same.
CO64: Interpret how to make appropriate samples from the population. They will learn about different variables of Experimental methods in Geography.
CO65: Acquire the knowledge of various methods of both primary and secondary data collections.
