On completion of this course, the students will be able to:

CO1 : This paper helps students to understand the significance and concept of research in geography so that they can formulate research projects.

CO2: Students will be able to choose appropriate methods  for research aims and objectives and can form an appropriate hypothesis for the same.

CO3: Students will learn to make appropriate samples from the population. They will learn about different variables of Experimental methods in Geography.

CO4: Students will learn the methods of both primary and secondary data collection.

CO5: Students will learn about the techniques of data analysis like different statistical tools.

CO6: They will able to understand the role of SPSS and GIS in research and develop advance critical thinking skills.
