Objectives of Dissertation:

1. To acquaint the students with tools of Geography and its practical applicability.

2. To make the students aware of the magnitude of problems and prospectus by the application of geographical methodology

3. To help the students to understand the inter relationship between the subject and the society.

4. To help the students to understand the recent trends in regional studies, surveys through visits to the applied industries and institutes.

5. To acquaint the students with basic of Statistical data, techniques and research  methodology.

6. To acquaint the students with the principles of surveying, its importance and utility in the geography.
