Guest Lecture on “ Political geography-A interdisciplinary approach”.

Guest Lecture was delivered by Profesor Sudeepta Adhikari,  Department of Geography, University of Patna,Bihar,  on the Topic –“ Political geography-A interdisciplinary approach”. Students of political science and geography attended the lecture. The lecture was aimed to provide insights into current concern about the future of political geography.  The major broader areas of discussion were:

1. The essential of cold War and the super power rivalaries in the later 1980s and the early 1990s.
2. Geopolitics
3. The concepts of frontiers and boundaries, State, Nation state and Nation

A geographical base of Indian Federalism.
